The states most often affected by the laws surrounding our hemp-derived products are:

• Utah
• Rhode Island

There are other states as well that do not allow some products and they have been selected.

For states that don’t much care for alternative cannabinoids, you can always go for our Delta 9 products. That’ll put a stick in their craw and you’re allowed to have it!
